What is simulated altitude training?

At Altitude Nation, our entire studio operates at a simulated altitude equivalent to approximately 11,500 ft above sea level with 14% oxygen. Your body works harder in every session — improving endurance, VO2 max, conditioning, and metabolic efficiency.

Do I need to wear a mask?

No. Altitude Nation is a full-scale simulated altitude environment. You walk in and breathe the studio air. No masks, no tubes, no special equipment.

Is it safe for beginners?

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to work with all fitness levels. We monitor intensity, guide breathing, and scale exercises to meet you where you are.
